### DELIVERY

The delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. These costs can vary significantly. To find out the shipping costs, add the items to your shopping cart and log in.

*Free shipping from €150. This does not apply to all countries and excludes cargo bikes and bike trailers for disabled persons.*

KidsCab ships most products with DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.

#### If You Are Not at Home

**Deliveries to an address in Belgium:**
If you are not at home, your order will be attempted to be delivered by DPD twice. If you are absent for all attempts, you can reschedule a delivery appointment via [DPD Belgium](https://www.dpd.com/be/nl) or by phone at +32 (0)70/246 022.

**Deliveries to an address outside Belgium:**
If you are not at home, your order will also be attempted to be delivered twice, with the option of a telephone delivery appointment if desired.

### RETURNS

You can return purchased products within 14 days of receipt. To do this, you must first submit a return request through the website.

If you have not created an account, you can also return the items with a copy of your order confirmation or an email received from KidsCab. It is important that the products are well packaged and returned in the original packaging to:

The customer is responsible for the transport and associated costs. Once the products arrive with us, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the account used for payment.

#### Cargo Bike Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

During this period of reflection, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning. The consumer may inspect the product as they would in a store.

### Specific Conditions:

- **Electric (cargo) bikes**:
  - Return with 5 to 50 km traveled: 25% deduction from the purchase price.
  - More than 50 km traveled: 50% deduction from the purchase price.
- **Transport by KidsCab**: Deduction of transport costs.
- **Payment by credit card**: Deduction of 2.5% credit card fees from the total amount.
- **Damaged bike upon return**: Deduction of 25% from the purchase price.
- **Return via cash on delivery**: Deduction of €14.95 cash on delivery fees.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, physically receive(s) the goods.

### Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email of your decision to withdraw from the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
