KidsCab Multi kid electric cargo trike for children

With its direct steering, wide balloon tires, its wide and deep construction, the KidsCab Multi Kid is an unusually stable cargo bike for transporting 1 or two children

The KidsCab Multi kid is built on a solid steel frame platform (82 x 62 cm external dimensions) and has a load capacity of 100 kg. The KidsCab Multi kid has got its name because this electric cargo bike can be quickly converted from an electric cargo bike for children to a cargo cargo bike or a dog cargo bike.
1 or 2 children up to the age of + - 7 can sit in the cargo bike. The seat and belts are extra thick for more comfort. At the back there is a suitcase for all your luggage. The Kidscab Multi kid has a roll bar to protect the children in the event of a fall or collision. In bad weather you can close the bin with the rain cover. The side windows are UV resistant.
The wide tires offer comfort and stability: such extra thick tires are ideal for cargo bikes, because the bulky air cushions of the special tires act as natural damping - this means that time-consuming and expensive suspension technology can be dispensed with, the driver, the children and the load still about 1/3 more vibration-free on the road than with normal tires.
Wide tires prevent you from getting into the tram rails - a great safety aspect for city dwellers.

The KidsCab Multi Kid is directly controlled via the two front wheels (via a so-called steering knuckle control), not via the swinging of the bucket like with most cargo bikes - this means that it steer very stable and precise, even with faster driving, while also being sensitive is.

A great driving experience is created in combination with the sporty, straight handlebar.

The stability of the bends is further increased by the larger width of 1 m, which means that you can go 'into a bend' faster.

The braking system is an important safety and comfort factor, especially with e-supported cargo bikes. In the new "2020" model we have now upgraded the three disc brakes to hydraulically controlled (Tektro Auriga): this means that very little manual effort is required during braking, there is no need to adjust the brake pads again and it brake feel is direct and precise.
Due to the lower weight, the comfortable wide tires and the sporty seating position, the KidsCab Multi Kid drives surprisingly easily, even without the support of the electric motor, but the built-in Bafang motor offers a welcome push aid of up to 80 Nm of torque.
The KidsCab Multi Kid has a walking function and three rear lights.
